The Tekken 7 team at Bandai Namco revealed a new character yesterday for their fighting franchise. The character is named Lucky Chloe and sports an interesting design.
I'd hate the character if she didn't have such good animation, i have to assume Christie isn't in the game since Chloe seems to use the same fighting style but with a different moveset.
As far as crazy characters go, Tekken has ninjas, robots, cyborgs, dinosaurs, an old mad scientist who explodes... a character like this isn't too crazy in the grand scheme of things.
