Resident Evil: Revelations 2 Leaked by Xbox
For a brief period, Xbox.com had the box art and a screenshot up for the completely unannounced Resident Evil: Revelations 2 or Biohazard: Revelations 2. Microsoft has since removed the art and screen but as this is the Internet, people managed to snag them before they were gone for good.
