Well, this took me by surprise (and I'm sure most gamers out there) but Bethesda has released the Elder Scrolls Online hours ahead of its scheduled April 4 release date!
How weird is that? An MMO has released ahead of schedule and, as far as I've been able to tell, has been incredibly stable so far. Sure, if you pre-ordered a physical copy of the game you will still have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. Those who ordered digitally can get started right away.
The review embargo for the game lifts tonight at midnight (ET). I have an early "review" type of video planned but as is the case with most MMOs, it's incredibly hard to assign a final review score to games of this magnitude.

by Shawn ZipaySee what critics are saying about the most anticipated game of 2023.
The first major wave of reviews are in for Starfield and, well, they aren't bad. They're not super great either but they certainly aren't bad.
According to OpenCritic, Starfield currently sits at an average review score of 87% with 93% of all reviewers recommending the game. The scores for this one seem to range from as low as 50% to as high as 100% (or 10 out of 10 to be more specific).
