
He does say that he has no plans to sell the game to interested parties. He also went on to say that he does still plan to make more games in the future. If it's not actually related to legal issues, it could just be a matter of being stressed out from upset, vocal players.
He did mention in a reply Tweet that he feels the copycat versions of Flappy Bird (and wow, there are a lot of those cash-in clones) are "overusing (the game)."
