It's a launch trailer for Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. I'm not really sure what more you need to know.
It sports better visuals than the previous version, including the PC. It features much higher resolution textures, better character models, better animation, TressFX for the hair, physics on more items and objects, but it runs at 30FPS on the Xbox One. The PlayStation 4 version is said to hit 60FPS far more often than the Xbox One version does.
