Those who purchased the Compendium for Dota 2 and The International will be greeted with some new items the next time you start up the game. Included in that bounty are the new Immortal Strongboxes.

These boxes are already unlocked, meaning no additional key purchase is required. These Strongboxes are guaranteed to include no duplicate items for the nine primary Immortals. There is even a chance of granting up to two bonus Immortals for each Treasure opened.

Each Compendium comes with one Immortal Strongbox by default. You can earn more Strongboxes for every ten levels earned or purchased on your Compendium.
