The first major update for the hit game Ball x Pit will be released on January 26, 2026. This update will be chock-full of new content. The best part? This update will be completely free to all Ball x Pit players.
On the 26th the so-called Regal Update will release for Ball x Pit. This is the first of three planned major updates slated for the game. The other two major updates are currently scheduled for release in April and July.
The Regal Update will add in two new playable characters: The Carouser and The Falconer. The Carouser has returning balls orbit around them. The Falconer will be flanked on either side by two falcons that also throw balls.
The Regal Update also adds in eight new balls and new passives. On top of everything already mentioned, the developer says that they have one more surprise in store for the update. Obviously as it's a surprise, they aren't sharing any details on what that might be just yet.
