  • A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead Announced

Trying to get gamers to be quiet? Good luck.

Saber Interactive and developer Stormind Games announced and revealed A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead today. This new game is coming later this year to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. This new title is billed as a first-person, single-player, horror adventure game that is (obviously) inspired by the films of the same name.

Players will enter a world where humanity attempts to survive in the wake of a deadly attack from creatures that hunt by sound. Call of Duty lobbies are in shambles right now.

Saber Interactive says that A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead "is designed for fans of the films, horror games, and story-driven adventures alike." You will play through the game as a young woman "struggling to endure not only the nightmarish creatures of the apocalypse, but also the anguish of interpersonal family conflicts and her own inner fears."

You will use your wits and some simple tools to overcome "many treacherous challenges and obstacles" while trying to survive against the sound hunting creatures.
