    The poll is expired.

There are plenty of options to choose from.

In case you haven't heard, Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom this past week and what do you know, it's pretty damn good. That said, this month's poll is about which Legend of Zelda games you prefer more.

Are you more of a fan of the 2D Legend of Zelda titles? These include games like the original Zelda games for the NES, games like A Link to the Past, Four Swords, Oracle of Ages/Seasons, A Link to the Past, those abysmal CD-i games, and others.

Or maybe you like the 3D titles more, including titles like: Ocarina of Time, Breath of the Wild, Skyward Sword, Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, even Hyrule Warriors, Phantom Hourglass, and others.

You don't get the option to choose "none" or "both" for this one.

I think I'm firmly in the 3D camp.

I never got into the 2D Zelda titles. I barely got into the 3D ones early on either as I never owned a Nintendo 64. But then I picked up Twilight Princess to play on my sister's GameCube and loved it. Since then I've played a variety of Zelda titles in various forms, including Phantom Hourglass on the DS, and at least started or tried some of the HD releases here and there.

Though I still maintain Majora's Mask is terrible. I just could not get into that one.

Been playing Tears of the Kingdom now and it's quite good, minus some user experience issues that could be better (lots of fumbling around in menus).

I got Ocarina of Time for my N64, and I was hooked. Went back to play A Link to the Past via a SNES emulator, but it just wasn't that fun for me. I think I abandoned it after 4 dungeons.

My only problem with Tears of the Kingdom is I keep throwing weapons because I'm used to shoulder-button attacks...
