  • Fall Guys Pulled from Steam, Goes Free-to-Play on All Platforms

It's time for good news/bad news!
    Fall Guys

Mediatonic confirmed what we already knew would be happening today: Fall Guys has been pulled from Steam. This move has been in the works for a while now following Mediatonic's acquisition by Epic Games back in March 2021. Just as the case was with Rocket League, Fall Guys on Steam will no longer be able to be purchased, but if you previously owned the game there it will continue to receive updates and content drops same as on any other platform.

That's the bad news. The good news is that Fall Guys is now free-to-play on all platforms. This includes PC via Epic Games Store and PlayStation 4, along with new platforms like PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. There is full crossplay and cross-progression support courtesy of Epic Online Services.

For everyone that already owns the game, rest assured that you will continue to receive full support and all the tasty updates that land on other platforms, including crossplay and cross-progression support.

However, please note that after 1:00am EST on June 21, new players will be unable to purchase and download Fall Guys on Steam, and the product page will no longer show on the storefront.
I think there's a special deal going on, at least for Xbox (not sure about others), where if you owned Fall Guys previously, you can link to your existing Epic account in order to get the new season pass for free.

The full list of changes in today's new release can be found at Fallguys.com.
