More from Tiny Tina may be coming in the future.

During their latest earnings call, Take-Two says that Tiny Tina's Wonderlands exceeded their sales expectations. Though a specific figure for sales figures weren't provided, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick says that this Borderlands spin-off is "viewed as the best new franchise launch from 2K in several years."

It is quite interesting to see this spin-off referred to as a "new franchise." Zelnick says that they "look forward to the possibilities for this new franchise in the years to come." It seems as though this Borderlands spin-off will soon become its own thing if more is planned for this "franchise."

At release, I found Tiny Tina's Wonderlands to be one of the best entries in the Borderlands franchise, placing it right up there alongside Borderlands 2 in several areas. I still stand by that review but will concede that the DLC that has been released for the game has been quite underwhelming. At present, the game is available through Epic Games Store on PC and on consoles. I assume a Steam release will be happening, but a date for that has not yet been announced.
