You'll be able to play it for yourself in a few months.
Bloodborne is a PlayStation 4 exclusive title. Bloodborne PSX is a PlayStation 1-style demake of said PS4 game. This demake will officially be released, for free, on January 31, 2022.
This Bloodborne demake is a passion product of a couple of fans, Lilith Walther and Corwyn Prichard. As revealed in an interview with Kotaku from January 20201, the two decided to work on the project after seeing some demake mockups that had gone viral back in 2015. Though the two have been working on this project for a while, they say that development really ramped up in the past year.
Walther says that the project has absolutely no affiliation with Sony, SCEA, or FromSoftware. A new trailer was released on Halloween that shows off some of the gameplay. Bloodborne PSX includes many of the game gameplay features as its inspiration and includes enemies such as the Lost Hunter, Huntsman, Rabid Dog, Troll, Carrion Crow, Werewolf, Hunter, and boss fights with the Cleric Beast and Father Gascoigne.
