Apex Legends just launched Season 9, or Apex Legends: Legacy if you want to be official, and already the servers are buckling under the pressure from players trying to get in. This new season added in a bunch of new content including a permanent 3v3 mode, Arena.

Respawn has been updating fans on Twitter about ongoing server issues as players rush to get into the game. Their most recent update came about an hour ago at 2:30PM (ET) saying that they are "seeing some progress but aren't out of the weeds yet."

This new season also added in a new Legend named Vaklyrie. There is also a new medium-ranged weapon added, the Bocek bow. There is also some new "growth" on Olympus, one of the maps in the game.

For a full look at what has changed or been added in the Legacy update, you should look no further than the Apex Legends website.
