Which of the recent console generations would you consider to be the best?
We have the most recent "Ninth Generation" of consoles that just come out, which includes the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. However, that generation is just too new to judge just yet.
With that said, which of the recent past-generations would you consider to be the "best?" Maybe the generation you like best had more of your favorite games or you like it purely because of the raw power of the machines. The choice is yours.

That said, my top 5 games ever are still computer (commodore and PC).
As for me: I went with 6th gen. The PS2 was just crazy good, even compared to the 360 which I went to after. You had San Andreas, Resident Evil 4 (used my sister's Gamecube to play this), Shadow of the Colossus, GTA3, Vice City, Final Fantasy X, Metal Gear Solid 2, Guitar Hero, God of War, etc.
