Bringing the CRYENGINE to Switch.
Crysis Remastered

Crytek and Saber Interactive just released a new trailer that shows how they are bringing Crysis Remastered to life on the Nintendo Switch. The studios say that they have brought over everything that fans remember from the PC version to the Switch version.

These features include destruction in a sandbox environment, upgraded textures, vegetation bending, depth of field, motion blur, dynamic lighting, global illumination (SVOGI), gyro aiming, and sharks. Sharks aren't really a graphical feature but they included that in the list as a bit of fun, you see.

Crysis Remastered is slated to hit the Nintendo Switch on July 23, 2020 for a price of $29.99 (USD). Fans can pre-order it already through the Nintendo eShop.

About Crysis Remastered
With its 2007 release, Crysis set the industry standard for first-person shooters with stunning visuals, highly evolved gameplay, and an enormous sandbox world. Crysis Remastered adds new graphic features, high-quality textures, and CRYENGINE's native hardware- and API-agnostic ray tracing solution – on PC, Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro – to update the game for a new generation of hardware.

What begins as a simple rescue mission becomes the battleground of a new war as alien invaders swarm over the game’s island setting. Armed with a powerful Nanosuit, players must use adaptive tactics to survive and conquer. Crysis Remastered will launch in the future on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation®4.
