Those who have already pre-ordered the Nintendo Switch version of Samurai Shodown, or those thinking about it, may be happy to hear about the neat pre-order bonus coming. SNK announced today that those who pre-order the upcoming fighting game will also get Samurai Shodown 2, the Neo Geo Pocket version of the game, for free.
This marks the first time that Samurai Showdown 2 will be available on a new platform. Samurai Shodown for the Switch is the first new release for the franchise in almost 11 years.
The Switch release won't be out until early 2020. However, you could always just get a Stadia and play it there right now if you really, really cannot wait. Don't do that. I mean, you could, but don't.
