Bohemia Interactive announced today that they are holding a free weekend for their free-to-play game, Vigor. How's that work? Well, Vigor will be a free-to-play game on the Xbox One later this Summer. However, it's currently only available in the Xbox Game Preview program and has a cost associated with it for this early access. This weekend will give you a taste of what to expect when it finally goes F2P.
The free weekend for Vigor runs from August 8 through August 11. This weekend includes everything that was included in Update 0.9. This update included new features, servers, and fixes. I do not know what was meant by "servers" as it applies to that update. Did they add servers? Did they improve them? Who knows! Even the deep dive into the 0.9 update doesn't really say.
