Killing Floor: Double Feature

Tripwire Interactive released the Killing Floor: Double Feature today. This bundle is purchasable through the PlayStation Store or at GameStop for $39.99 (USD) and includes both Killing Floor 2 and Killing Floor: Incursion. This bundle would be best for those that don't yet own either of these games and also owns a PlayStation VR set.

This pack includes the base games plus all of the previously released seasonal content and maps for Killing Floor 2. Today also sees the release of the Espire 1 "Control Theater" free movement system for Killing Floor: Incursion. This update is available for both the PlayStation VR version and the PC VR version of the game.

In short, this new Espire system helps to cut way back on any motion sickness feelings you would have.

Also arriving today, Killing Floor: Incursion is receiving the Espire 1 “Control Theater” mechanic, a revolutionary free movement system for VR that eliminates motion sickness for almost all players. Within the Killing Floor: Incursion settings, players can switch between the classic Teleport movement and the newly enhanced Free Move with “Control Theater.” For those already comfortable moving in VR, the “Control Theater” overlay can be disabled completely while using Free Move. The new free movement technology was developed by Melbourne based VR developer Digital Lode -- one of Tripwire's publishing partners. This system will make Killing Floor: Incursion’s world much smoother and enjoyable.

In Killing Floor 2, join a motley crew of civilians, soldiers, and mercenaries as they band together to fight off wave after wave of murderous Zeds, horrific and monstrous clones that have descended upon continental Europe following a deadly outbreak. Choose from multiple classes, wield tons of weapons ranging from traditional assault rifles to off-the-wall “Mad Scientist” tools of slaughter. A variety of perks allow you to customize your perfect Zed-slaying load out. You never fight alone with support for up to 6-players in Survival Mode, 12-players for Versus Survival, and regular free content updates consisting of new maps, weapons and gameplay enhancements, Killing Floor 2 is the perfect starting point for players looking for FPS multiplayer mayhem on PlayStation®4.

In Killing Floor: Incursion, players take on the role of a Horzine Security Forces trainee implanted into a neuro-active simulation. Explore the dark and twisted aftermath of the initial Horzine Corporation outbreak and use guns, blades, and even the detached limbs of fallen enemies to survive hordes of horrific Zeds while uncovering the true purpose of your mysterious mission. With Killing Floor’s meticulously murderous attention to detail, insane co-op, and the intense survival “Holdout” mode, Killing Floor: Incursion stands strong as a violent and immersive companion for PlayStation®VR.
