The online beta test for Dead or Alive 6 launched today (January 11, 2019) on the PlayStation 4. The catch with this one is the fact that this beta is exclusive to those with PlayStation Plus subscriptions. As of this writing, you can already download the beta from the PlayStation Store.

Players will have from now until January 14 at 6:59 AM (PT) to play in this beta. The beta includes the Online Versus mode and four "iconic" characters that include Kasumi, Ayane, Hayate, and Hayabusa. It will also allow you to play as one of the new characters coming in Dead or Alive 6, Diego. Only one stage is included in the beta and that is the DOA Colosseum.

Koei tecmo and Team Ninja put together a new "How to Play" section on the Dead or Alive 6 official website. It includes both a Techniques tutorial and a Move List.

Dead or Alive 6 is still slated to be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on March 1, 2019.
