I like how Collector's Editions now have to specify whether or not they come with the actual game. It seems absurd that there are CEs that don't come with the game, but hey, welcome to 2018.
As far as the closed beta is concerned, you can jump into the Jump Force closed beta on October 12-14 on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. You will need to sign up for a chance to play. Registrations are open from September 20 through October 7.
