According to this email, the demo includes some early parts of the game and also includes a bit of darts, karaoke, some Golf Center activities, and "many more minigames." You can play this demo as much as you want in preperation for the full game release on August 28 in North America.

You can now also pre-order the game from the PlayStation Store. Pre-orders get an exclusive Yakuza Kiwami 2 "Dragons" theme. The special digital edition also includes bonus content such as the "Special Item Pack" and this one will be available for a limited time only.
