If you haven't yet heard, the PC release of Dishonored 2 is suffering from some severe performance issues. It is having issues across a wide variety of hardware configurations. Today, Bethesda and Arkane have promised to get a patch out "in the coming days" that will hopefully start to address these issues.We have been monitoring the PC forums and social channels and while we're excited to hear that many of you are enjoying the game, we are disheartened that some of you are experiencing PC performance issues on some systems.

If you don't feel like waiting, you can skim through an FAQ that offers up some fairly common sense tips on how to improve your performance. To save you some time, most of these tips won't really help much at all with the performance woes unless you're trying to crank the settings up to Ultra on a GTX 560 or something.
Let's just assume that this game will be no different and 'promised patches' will just never come.
