CD Projekt RED announced that they will not enhance The Witcher 3 for the PlayStation 4 Pro. This means no bump to 4K, no visual enhancements, nothing. What you see is what you get for that game.

The studio says that they would rather focus their resources on developing Cyberpunk 2077 and Gwent, the stand-alone card game based on the in-game card game of the same name in The Witcher 3.
"Since we want to fully focus on Cyberpunk 2077 and Gwent, and converting The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt from a full HD game into a 4K one would be too much of a time and resource-consuming process, we decided not to release an edition of Wild Hunt supporting the new features of PlayStation Pro."

That does seem to make sense. The only games that are required to include an update for PS4 Pro support are those that are coming out near to the Pro's launch on November 10. The Witcher 3 came out in May of last year. There may still be some hidden benefits to playing the game on the Pro given the bump in hardware specs, but such functionality has not yet been revealed by Sony.
