In the span of a month, it seems as though the honeymoon phase with Pokemon Go has started to fizzle out. The game has reportedly lost about 15 million daily active users since the same time period last month. Bloomberg has put up the following chart provided by Axiom Capital Management and sourced by Apptopia.


In this span of time, Pokemon Go has hit its peak user count, gone on the decline, went from first on the iOS free app list down to position 11, but still retains the number one position for top grossing app. Hell, even that above graph shows that nearly 30 million people are still playing Pokemon Go daily, even after the drop.

One thing that would probably pull back a number of users would be to re-implement a proper "Nearby" feature and better distance tracking. As it stands right now, the app is relatively useless for most casual fans.
