To go along with yesterday's apparent and seemingly very real leak of the PS4 Slim, comes news today that the Slim console will be bundled with an updated DualShock 4 model.

YouTube user, ZRZ, quickly shows off the new controller and at least one of the apparent changes made to the design. It seems as though the only real noticeable difference is the addition of a thin light bar on the touch pad itself. Those who already disliked the front facing light bar on the original model are none too thrilled about this change. Many are already upset over the reduction in battery life, without even seeing if there is any noticeable impact on said battery life.

With any luck, Sony will give users even greater control over the brightness of the controller lights. It would be an incredibly welcome addition from fans everywhere.
