Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive have said that the lawsuit filed by Lindsay Lohan against the Grand Theft Auto V team was made only because she needs attention.
According to court papers that were made public today, Take-Two and Rockstar have called the case frivolous and say that it was "filed for publicity purposes." They go on to say that they want the case dismissed and they want Lohan to pay their legal fees.
Take-Two again says that her voice, name, and likeness are not used in the game. They also again state that the character resembles her only by being a young, blonde woman.
