After driver Release 340 (starting with Release 343), Nvidia will no longer support legacy DirectX 10 video cards. Release 340 will reportedly "continue to support these products until April 1, 2016." This does include the GeForce 8800 line of cards that many people still swear by.
The cards that will be left out in the cold can be seen at the Nvidia help page linked above or in the image below.
