On February 13, World of Tanks will be updated to version 8.11 and with it will come a new Confrontation mode. The mode is currently an experiment from Wargaming that will group players from a specific nation into a team that faces off again another group from a different nation.


In addition to this new mode, 8.11 will include a new European arena, Windstorm, a revamped version of Ruinberg, and a revamped version of Himmelsdorf which now includes a Winter setting.

Prior to 8.11's release in North America on the 13th, Europe and Russia receive the update today and Asia is getting the update tomorrow.
