It may have taken almost two years, but we are now starting to see some of the documents that...

Latest ESEA Client Poses a Huge Security Risk

If you frequently make use of the ESEA client to play on their Counter-Strike servers, you may want to hold off on updating to the latest version. Hell, I'd go so far as to suggest that you uninstall the ESEA client right now and take your business elsewhere. Why? It seems as though the latest client gives the ESEA full administrative access to your computer. The client makes use of a kernal driver that now runs 24/7 on your machine. It has the capability to look at any file on ...

Valve Updated the Steam Android App for the First Time in Four Years

Valve has released the first update to their Steam Android app for the first time in four years (seriously) yesterday. What's included in the update? Is it a new Material design? Is it improved speed and functionality? Does it install the mobile version of Half-Life 3? No, no, and no. All it really does is add in a setting for Steam Guard. That's. It. The app is still firmly rooted in the Android 2.2 SDK, built for the Android 2.2 operating system, an OS that came out five years ago. ...

  • Poll: What is 2024's Biggest Gaming Disappointment So Far?
    by Shawn Zipay
    It's AAAA vs WB.

March isn't even over yet and we've already seen a couple of stinkers come out from major gaming studios. While we tend to focus on the surprise hits or quality titles in these polls, this time it's a little bit different.

Between the Rocksteady developed live-service Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and the "AAAA" quality Ubisoft developed Skull and Bones: Which is the bigger disappointment for you?
