  • Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is Now Available

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is now available in North America on PC and both old systems and new systems. It probably includes a bunch of explosions and stuff. Also, lots of bad guys are probably in the game. Maybe this year will be a five hour campaign of peaceful negotiations instead of violence. Hey, you never know. I think I'm also legally obligated to make the "House of CODs" joke before you guys get a chance to.

As has become "tradition" around these parts, I'm sure I'll be doing a review of this game after I've had a chance to play it. I know how everybody always looks forward to those things. Maybe this year will be different!

Eagle101: Please don't. I removed the post just to avoid any potential issues.

K-16: As far as I've seen, no. But there was one super super dumb button prompt at the beginning of the game. You've probably seen it, but just in case:
      Spoiler:

Cikame: Best CoD in years so far but I'm not terribly far into it yet.

I've seen it through Totalbiscuit's Twitter. And his opinion is identical to yours. From the super dumb button prompt, to the comment of it being the best CoD in years so far, but not very far into it yet. I'm starting to think everyone will be saying something similar to those lines. Should be interesting to see how this will affect Infinity Ward's and Treyarch's future installments.

If IW and/or Treyarch don't have movement altering stuff like the Exo suits, those games may as well be written off right now. They add a lot to the game and going back to just walking/running would be a huge mistake.

Sorry Shawn, anyways I know the game is out but I do not want to shell out 60$ for 6 hours SP campaign and a MP which i guess comes only matchmaking. I remember the horrid days of MW2, you would sit on that PC chair waiting for the matchmaking crap to get you into a server only to kick you out for some host related crap.

I agree the game looks far better than MW3 and Ghosts but tbqh Ill just wait for more info on the MP because again I do not want to waste 60$.

Fair enough. Looking forward to your review whenever it's ready. No rush.
