  • New AMD and Nvidia Drivers Released for Battlefield 4

    These came out yesterday but both AMD and Nvidia have fresh drivers available for you to download that promise increased performance in Battlefield 4.

    Nvidia offers up the GeForce 331.65 WHQL drivers. These drivers also include GeForce Experience 1.7 and a beta for ShadowPlay, which allows you to record game footage with minimal impact on 6xx and 7xx series GPUs. These drivers are recommended for Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, and Batman: Arkham Origins.

    AMD released their Catalyst 13.11 Beta7 driver last night. This driver includes performance gains for Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Batman: Arkham Origins, Total War: Rome 2, and more. It also adds support for the R9 290X and the R9 290.

        There is an issue with previous drivers causing rainbow flashes throughout the game, though that did not occur during the beta. If that is happening to you, update to 331.65.

        If you already did and are still getting the issue, do a clean install of the drivers.
