  • BABYMETAL x Resident Evil Merch Collaboration Pre-Orders Available

How does one relate to the other? Good question.
Various merchandise items for the BABYMETAL collaboration with Resident Evil.

For just a limited time, the "kawaii metal" band, BABAYMETAL, is teaming up with Capcom and the Resident Evil franchise to offer various merchandise items themed around the survival-horror franchise. Pre-orders are live today for a handful of items and are being offered as part of Capcom's Resident Evil 30th Anniversary Collaboration.

The merch items are being sold through BABYMETAL's merch store. The items available as part of this collab include a couple of different t-shirts, a zip-up hoodie, acrylic stand, and acrylic keychain. Most of the items are themed around the ladies of Castle Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village.

Each of the five items features artwork by two Capcom collaborative artists: illustrator Hinanana and graphic designer GOTO, both of whom have worked on various Capcom art, including commemorative art for the Resident Evil 30th Anniversary and the Street Fighter™ series.
The specific items being offered up for sale for a limited time include:
    • The Ladies Tee - $50
    • The Dolls Tee - $50
    • Metal Outbreak Zip-up Hoodie - $90
    • The Dolls Random Acrylic Keychain - $15
    • The Ladies Acrylic Stand - $60

Get ready for the return of Nemesis in April 2020.

Capcom officially announced Resident Evil 3 remake today. It's just called Resident Evil 3, just as the Resident Evil 2 remake was just Resident Evil 2. Confusing for us older gamers? Yeah, just a bit.

The revival of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis will be released on April 3, 2020. It will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. For those of you who never played the original back when it launched on the original...
