A physical release of 1348 Ex Voto is coming this June. Meridiem confirms a June 4 release of the game for the PlayStation 5. The game is developed by Sedleo and published digitally by Dear Villagers.
Meridiem is responsible for the design and the creation of the physical release. It'll be sold as 1348 Ex Voto - Limited Edition. It includes the game, a letter from Aeta, and downloadable content. There will also be a Golden Edition that adds in a special sleeve, an artbook, and a patch.
The digital release of 1348 Ex Voto is out on March 12, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Steam, and Epic. The Xbox version was apparently canceled.
