  • PlayStation State of Play Scheduled for February 12th

One more hour of reveals and news for PlayStation.
Promotion for a PlayStation State of Play set to air Thursday, February 12 at 2 PM PT.

Sony announced that they will host a big PlayStation State of Play stream this week. There will be over an hour of new news and reveals, including some from some titles from PlayStation Studios.

The State of Play will air on February 12, 2026 at 2 PM PT (5 PM ET) through both YouTube and Twitch. In addition to learning more about some of the first-party offerings, this State of Play will also include a look at some major third-party titles coming to PlayStation as well as some indie titles.

As usual, PlayStation did not share what we might see during this State of Play. At their previous State of Play from September 2025, we were treated to a decently long look at Marvel's Wolverine from Insomniac Games. We were also given fresh looks at Housemarque's Saros and a few third-party titles.

We might get another look at Wolverine at this upcoming show. Perhaps we'll even be given a release date for the game. It's also probable that we'll see something about Marathon, Bungie's upcoming extraction shooter that will release on March 5th.

Some of the longer shots I read about include a potential showing of a new Sony Santa Monica title helmed by 2018's God of War lead Cory Barlog. We may even see a reveal for Devil May Cry 6, if rumors are to be believed.
