Wizards of the Coast collaborated with Chartis and Teravision Games to create special Fortnite Islands based on none other than the biggest RPG in the world, Dungeons & Dragons. These Fortnite Islands were made using Epic's UEFN toolset.
There are a total of five Dungeons & Dragons inspired islands to check out. Wizards of the Coast says that there is a little something for everyone here. These islands include a PvP arena, a social hub, a platformer, a co-op boss fight, and "the largest co-op roguelike in Fortnite history."
Island Codes for each of these islands can be found below. There was no additional media provided with this announcement, so you're just going to have to explore these islands on your own to see what they're like.
Fortnite and D&D players both new and old will now have the chance to enjoy the action and creativity of Fortnite with D&D-inspired twists. They will visit familiar D&D locations in the Forgotten Realms including the Yawning Portal tavern, the Spine of the World mountains, Mount Hotenow, and many more, and will battle some of the legends of D&D including Klauth the ancient red dragon and feared necromancer Valindra Shadowmantle.
