A massive wave of new content has arrived in Final Fantasy XIV Online today with the launch of the highly anticipated Patch 7.35. This significant update delivers a powerful combination for players: the thrilling Monster Hunter Wilds crossover event and a brand-new Deep Dungeon to conquer.

Hunt or Be Hunted: The Monster Hunter Crossover Arrives

First revealed by FFXIV Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida and Monster Hunter Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, the collaboration event, titled "The Hunt for Arkveld," is now live. Warriors of Light can team up to challenge the formidable Guardian Arkveld in both Normal and Extreme difficulty trials.

Succeeding in this epic hunt will unlock a bunch of exclusive, Monster Hunter themed in-game rewards. Players can look forward to earning a Rathalos mount, unique Palico and Poogie minions, and special housing items to showcase their hunting prowess.​


Delve into the Pilgrim's Traverse Deep Dungeon

Patch 7.35 also introduces Pilgrim's Traverse, the latest Deep Dungeon experience for Eorzeans seeking a challenge. This new instance allows players to test their skills either solo or with a fixed party, battling through progressively difficult, randomized floors. Pilgrim's Traverse features its own challenge log, updated restart restrictions, and boss encounters with variable difficulty to keep every run fresh.

New Quests and Adventures in Patch 7.35

Beyond the main attractions, the patch is packed with additional content, including:
  • New Allied Society Quest: Players can embark on the new Yok Huy questline.
  • Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures: Fans of the Inspector Extraordinaire can rejoice, as the beloved and hilarious comedic side-story questline continues with a new chapter.​
