Earlier in the week, an update to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 included a little teaser for the return of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. A new skate-themed map, The Grind, included a banner that resembled the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater logo and a date of "03.04.25." A day or two later, the official Tony Hawk's Pro Skater website was updated with a countdown to March 4, 2025.
All of this comes in the same week where a few different leaks suggested a Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 remake would be released soon. At least one leaker, eXtas1s, said that they heard the game would be announced during an Xbox summer showcase in June and then released immediately after the presentation comes to an end.
It's possible that this countdown for something Tony Hawk's Pro Skater related is for the rumored Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4. Perhaps we'll get an official announcement for the game. Perhaps it will be both an announcement and a surprise drop on the same date, months ahead of the rumored June drop. Perhaps it's a countdown to an entirely new Tony Hawk game and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 will still be a June announcement and release.
At the end of the day, it's nice to see that there's definitely something happening with the Tony Hawk franchise. After the stellar release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2, it's no exaggeration to say that fans have been excited for even more.

I hated the tutorial reward where Tony said, "I got a present for you in the shop" because it was an unlock, but you still need to buy it with in-game currency (a lousy T-Shirt if I recall correctly - no this is not a microtransaction, but I expected that to be free and given to the player if it's a "present" for finishing the tutorial).
Random shoutout to Project 8, that was the last generation where i was blown away by graphics and it created a new unique feel for Tony Hawk's, i still load up the motion captured intro sequence on occasion.
