Sony just hosted a PlayStation State of Play where they showed off some new and upcoming PlayStation 5, PlayStation VR2, and PC releases. It wasn't exactly the best showcase around, but it had a few highlights here and there. A recap of today's show can be found below in a proper, rapid-fire NewsBits format.
• If you like Marvel-style banter, you're in luck. Firewalk Studios shared a new trailer for their upcoming 5v5 multiplayer hero-shooter, Concord. If you don't want to sit through a cinematic trailer that shows nothing of the gameplay, there is an actual Concord gameplay video also available.
• God of War Ragnarok hits PC on September 19. This release includes the base game and the Valhalla DLC. The PC release includes support for unlocked framerates, DLSS, and FSR. You will need a PSN account for this, which means this probably won't be sold in a bunch of countries again.
• A new Dynasty Warriors game was announced. Look for Dynasty Warriors: Origins to throw a billion enemies at you at once in 2025.
• The "open-world dress-up adventure" game Infinity Nikki will kick off a beta test later this year.
• The team behind The Walking Dead Saints & Sinners announced Behemoth. Look for this one in October 2024 for PlayStation VR2.
• Alien: Rogue Incursion will have you exploring a facility overrun by Xenomorphs. This is a PlayStation VR2 title being built on Unreal Engine 5.
• Where Winds Meet brings a lot of wild martial arts combat to PlayStation 5 whenever it decides to be released. In this game, your choices are said to influence how the story plays out.
• Ballad of Antara is a free-to-play action-RPG coming in 2025. TipsWorks Studio says that they're aiming for the "highest fidelity" on this game. Get rekt, lo-fi.
• Marvel Rivals, the Marvel-based competitive hero shooter, will have a closed beta in July.
• Until Dawn had a new trailer. There's still no release date on this remaster/remake/re-release but it is coming to PC and PS5 sometime later this year.
• Path of Exile 2 enters early access in late 2024 and will feature couch co-op on PS5.
• Silent Hill 2 Remake will be released on October 8 for PC and PS5.

• A new Astro Bot game is coming. It's called Astro Bot and will be out September 6 exclusively for PS5. If you played Astro's Playroom on PS5 (it was free), you're probably pretty excited for this one.
