Yoda has been banned from Fortnite. Epic Games found that the little green alien dude was just too damn powerful and was capable of crashing game clients when paired with the Zoidberg Scuttle emote.
When he's not banned from the game, Yoda appears as a back bling item. Normally, this isn't an issue, but when you combine that Yoda back bling item with the Scuttle emote, you get a recipe for disaster.
As you can see, Yoda's model gets a little too strung out on the Force and causes the Fortnite game client to crash. Maybe Zoidberg just proved to be too powerful for the little green guy. Whatever the case is, Yoda has been removed from Fortnite until Epic Games can fix him.
In fact, Epic Games is going full scorched earth on some Star Wars items due to issues. Yoda was removed along with Disassembled C-3PO, and Dagobah Luke. They will presumably be added back into Fortnite when their issues get resolved.
