Looks like criminal scum on Switch are safe for now.
The Nintendo Switch version of RoboCop: Rogue City has been canceled. A release on the Nintendo Switch was announced back when the game was revealed in July 2022. At that time, RoboCop: Rogue City was said to be coming to the Switch along with PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Now, a little notice on the RoboCop: Rogue City Facebook page says that a Nintendo Switch release is no longer in the works. This quiet cancelation of the game was made in response to a user post asking for any update on the Switch version of the game. The official response is, "At this moment we don't have any plans for a Nintendo Switch release."
A specific reason for the Switch version being canned wasn't provided. It is possible that there will never be a Switch release, or if developer Teyon is simply waiting for the release of more powerful hardware from Nintendo.
For now, you'll still be able to pick up RoboCop: Rogue City for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X on November 2.
