Frictional Games just kicked off a new mini-series of developer videos that takes you behind the scenes of Amnesia: The Bunker. The first video, released today, focuses on some of the unique features of Amnesia: The Bunker and also teases some apparent post-launch plans for the game.

This new video is led by the creative lead on Amnesia: The Bunker Fredrik Olsson. Olsson will take a look on areas such as how the team experimented with new features, difficulty adjustments, and how they are trying to make the game more replayable than other entries in the franchise.

Amnesia: The Bunker is expected to be released on June 6, 2023, assuming it doesn't get delayed again. There is even a demo available now to try it before you potentially buy it. I finished playing Amnesia: The Bunker just last night, so you can probably expect to see that review going up when the embargo lifts on June 5th.

      Amnesia: The Bunker Review (PC)

Frictional Games plays it safe. Perhaps a little too safe.

Frictional Games is known for crafting some of the most memorable horror game experiences over the past 15 years. They began with the Prenumbra series, a trio of titles that gave us our first taste of Frictional's penchant for blending survival horror with physics-based environmental puzzles. The studio then saw a spike in popularity with their next release, Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Amnesia: The Dark Descent expanded upon the...

      Amnesia: Rebirth Announced

Frictional Games working on direct sequel to first Amnesia.

Frictional Games is well versed in the things that go bump in the night. After all, they're responsible for creating some of them. It should come as no surprise then that the studio that created one of the best horror titles of all time, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, is hard at work on a direct sequel to that game. Coming in Autumn 2020 for the PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam is Amnesia: Rebirth.

Amnesia: The Bunker Delayed Until May 23
      by Shawn Zipay
Delayed for polish and to distance itself from other games.

Frictional Games is delaying the release of Amnesia: The Bunker until May 23, 2023. The reason for this is two-fold. First, the studio says that they want this extra time to further polish the game ahead of release. Second, the studio wants to "strategically avoid releasing during a busy week when multiple other games are hitting the market."

Amnesia: The Bunker was already delayed once from March until...

      by Shawn Zipay
A little something to tide you over.

Given that Amnesia: The Bunker is delayed until June 6th, you probably need a little something to tide you over. Fortunately, while the full game isn't yet available, the team at Frictional Games released a demo today on PC.

The demo for Amnesia: The Bunker is only available through Steam, despite the full game being released on Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on PC. Of course, Xbox and PlayStation are also getting Amnesia: The Bunker...
