The upcoming Alone in the Dark game, be it a reboot or otherwise, has enlisted the help of two Hollywood stars for the main playable roles. Those stars are Jodie Comer and David Harbour. They are lending their voices, likenesses, and acting to the roles of Emily Hartwood and Edward Carnby respectively.
Jodie Comer is perhaps best known for her roles in Killing Eve and Free Guy. You may recognize David Harbour from Stranger Things, 2019's Hellboy, and Black Widow.
The two protagonists will offer up different points of view to the same base story. Each will have different opinions and options based on who you play as. These differences and a look at the two characters can be seen in the new gameplay footage included in a new Alone in the Dark spotlight video.
Alone in the Dark is set to launch on October 25, 2023 for PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. It retails for $59.99 (USD). There is also a free demo available right now, Alone in the Dark Prologue. It's available for all platforms including through Steam.
