  • Wrestlin' Nation: Hangman vs The American Dragon in New AEW Video

All this wrestlin' news couldn't have waited until April 1st to come out?
AEW: Fight Forever. A bunch of wrestlers in various poses are grouped up under the title.

THQ Nordic and All Elite Wresting (AEW) just revealed a new trailer for AEW: Fight Forever. This is the upcoming wrestling game being developed by YUKE's and one that will give those with WWE fatigue something else to try out.

The new video released today features a matchup between Hangman Adam Page against The American Dragon Brian Danielson. This footage was first shared this past weekend during the IGN Fan Fest but was only shared through press releases today.

AEW: Fight Forever is said to "harken back to the Golden Age of wrestling games." Depending on your age, this might differ a bit, but I'd say anything from the Genesis era through the PlayStation/Nintendo 64 era would be a good guess as to what they're aiming for here. You'll be able to pull off the crazy wrestling moves seen throughout AEW programs.

Tag-team matches will allow you to pull off tandem offensive moves. Online co-op furthers this tag-team idea that allow team maneuvers performed with simple inputs.

AEW: Fight Forever includes a "long roster" for the most popular AEW wrestlers, a career mode called "deep," wrestler customizations, familiar AEW arenas, multiple match types, and more. AEW: Fight Forever is "coming soon" to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

...I'm almost frustrated that this game isn't going to be released on the PlayStation 3. I mean, I kind of understand the golden era of wrestling games, but it also feels like a pathetic excuse to make this look like @$$... AND NOBODY ASKED FOR MINI-GAMES! THIS ISN'T POKéMON STADIUM! Damn it YUKE's, please make this good. I want to blame Visual Concepts and 2K Games for a bad wrestling game, not you, pleeeeeeease! I really want this to win, but nothing is convincing me so far!

Also yay for Wrestlin' Nation. OH YEAAAAAH!

The Most Iconic Wrestling Match in the History of Professional Wrestling
    by Alan Turing

Professional wrestling has given us countless memorable moments over the years, but there is one match that stands out as the most iconic of them all. I'm talking about the match between Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant at WrestleMania III in 1987.

The match was built up for months, with Andre the Giant challenging Hulk Hogan for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship. The two had a storied history, with Andre previously holding the title and Hogan eventually dethroning him. The...
