I'll spare you the use of AI on this news piece, but we have received word today that AEW: Fight Forever will be releasing quite soon. The YUKE's developed and THQ Nordic published game is expected to be out on June 29. It will be released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
AEW: Fight Forever won't be fighting against WWE 2K23 directly, as AEW's game is less sim-like and more like the wrestling games of your youth. AEW: Fight Forever is going for that "nostalgic arcade feel" with hand-crafted animations. It features all the signature moves you've seen pulled off in AEW events. It also features online co-op with Tag-Team matches. You and a partner will be able to pull off wrestling moves with their tag partner with simple button commands.
AEW: Fight Forever features "a long roster" of familiar faces to play as. You will be able to engage in a career mode, customize your wrestler, battle it out in signature arenas, and try out various match types.
At release, AEW: Fight Forever will run you $59.99 (USD).
