  • Dead Space Remake - The First 18 Minutes

    This remake is shaping up quite nicely.

    IGN just put up one of their latest "First" videos and it's for none other than the upcoming remake of the classic space survival horror game Dead Space. According to the video description from IGN, this footage is from the PC version of Dead Space. It's running at 4K resolution and 60FPS.

    This seems like it will be just the first of several different media releases for the Dead Space remake that IGN will release throughout the month of December.

    Dead Space is expected to be released on January 27, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Origin, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.

    If you haven't played the original Dead Space yet or, for some reason, don't want this remake spoiled for you, then maybe don't watch the gameplay video we've embedded below.

        The reviews are in for Dead Space and it seems like the remake is quite good. At the time of writing, Dead Space sits at a 90% average on OpenCritic. Of the 72 critic reviews counted, 96% of them recommend this remake.
