The Junji Ito inspired horror game will hit consoles and PC in mid-2023.
World of Horror

During the Nintendo Indie World event, it was revealed that World of Horror will be fully released in Summer 2023. This Junji Ito inspired cosmic horror RPG will be released at this time for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

At present, World of Horror is available as an Early Access title through Steam, Itch.io, Gog, and Microsoft.

Players will take a trip to the 1980s where they will attempt to solve a series of disturbing cases in an otherwise peaceful seaside Japanese town. You will wrestle with maintaining your health and sanity as you tackle the Old Gods, perform dark rituals, deal with all sorts of curses and status effects, and seek out upgrades, weapons, and consumables to help you surrive.

There are multiple difficulty levels to choose from. There are also 16 curated mysteries and challenges to work your way through. You can even customize your gaming experience through various parameters and mods.
