  • First Mario Movie Trailer to be Shown at New York Comic-Con

    Hello all. It is I, Mario. Wahoo.

    The very first trailer for the upcoming Mario movie starring Chris Pratt in the titular role, will be shown at next month's New York Comic-Con. The announcement was made on Twitter via the official New York Comic-Con account.

    The first teaser trailer will be shown at the convention. Specifically, it will air at 4PM (ET) on October 6. Those in attendance will get to see the trailer only if you are in view of the Empire Stage at that time.

    This still untitled Mario movie was officially announced back in 2018. It is being produced by Nintendo and Illumination. The cast for the Mario film was revealed during a Nintendo Direct in September 2021. You have Pratt as Mario, Anna Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, and more.

    If nothing else, maybe we'll actually get the official name for this movie announced during Comic-Con. You'd think by now we'd at least have had that finalized. This Mario movie will be out on April 7, 2023.

        Nintendo is about to gift the world a new trailer for the upcoming Super Mario Bros. Movie. A new Tweet sent out by Nintendo says that a new trailer will debut on November 29 at 2PM (PT) in a special Nintendo Direct. The announcement of this Mario Movie Nintendo Direct even provides us a little glimpse of Prince Peach's throne room.
