Just yesterday, word came from Ubisoft that Ghost Recon Breakpoint would no longer receive any new content updates. Today, two sources speaking with Kotaku say that Ubisoft's Paris studio has already started work on the next entry in the series.

According to Kotaku's report, the next game is codenamed OVER and has apparently been in development for over a year now. It could arrive as early as fiscal year 2023. Ubisoft's fiscal years run from April 1 through to March 31 of the following year. If you just cannot wait for a new Ghost Recon, maybe try out casino bonus bez depozytu in the meantime.

Ubisoft did announce a new Ghost Recon game last year as part of the series' 20th anniversary last year, but the fan reception was quite negative. That announced game was Ghost Recon Frontline, a planned free-to-play live service shooter that looked similar to Call of Duty Warzone. After the negative reception to that announcement, Ubisoft allegedly reset development of the game and it is unlikely to be out any time soon.

Sadly, neither Kotaku nor their sources shared much more in the way of details when it comes to the new mainline entry in the series that is allegedly in development. It should at least be expected that it will again incorporate NFTs through Ubisoft Quartz. Ubisoft has been busy hiring for a number of additional NFT and blockchain related positions, including content managers, economists, and a producer that will "coordinate with game teams and help them integrating Quartz."
