October 19, 2021 marks the release date for Dying Light Platinum Edition for the Nintendo Switch. This was revealed yesterday evening during the latest Nintendo Direct.

The new gameplay trailer, seen below (maybe, if YouTube doesn't restrict it), shows off the game running on Switch hardware. There will be several Switch specific features including HD Rumble, touchscreen support, gyro aiming, and motion controls.

There will be a physical release of the game on the Switch that will include a survival guide that includes various tips and tricks for staying alive. There will also be a two-sided map, unique stickers, and an exclusive box.
