A new trailer and screenshots were released today for SWERY's upcoming "life sim Indie RPG-adventure" that we have all come to know as The Good Life. The game is being co-developed by Hidetaka "SWERY" Suehiro, Yukio Futasugi, and their teams at White Owls and Grounding. The devs released new media today as the game nears its final stages of development.
The Good Life will be out on Steam, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the Nintendo Switch later in 2021.
You will play as Naomi, an investigator that always seems to have her trusty camera close at hand. She is trying to uncover the dirty secrets of a little town of Rainy Woods, a place Naomi says is "hell on Earth." Naomi no sooner discovers that the townsfolk transform into cats and dogs as night falls before she's neck deep investigating a mysterious murder.
When it comes to the screenshots seen below, please note that they released 159 new images today. I selected just some of them to share. I apologize if I did not choose something specific that you wanted to see out of those one hundred and fifty-nine images that they released.
The Good Life’s captivating adventure story will invite you to explore a large open world, following clues in conversations, tracing for pointers to uncover the town's dirty secrets. You must eat, sleep, shop (using your skills as a professional photographer to earn money), and learn the arts of crafting, farming, and time management!
